Bob Daley

Bob Daley has been in the medical device industry for over two decades and his experience in the aesthetic laser industry spans the last 18 years. Bob began as an Area Sales Representative and quickly advanced to a Senior Sales Manager. His early success earned him a spot as one of the top sales representatives in the industry, and he was recognised as a President’s Club winner for 8 consecutive years. Bob was promoted to Regional Sales Manager in 2013 and has since been promoted to several different positions including Senior Director of the East Coast and Senior Director of Canada. Bob’s unparalleled work ethic created an opportunity for him on the Executive Management Team. In this role, Bob was successful in hiring, training, and developing multiple teams while managing all aspects of the business.

Chris Chambers

CCO

Chris Chambers is a 10-year aesthetic industry veteran with a large track record for success. In addition to being an 8-time President’s Club winner and 5-time Sales Director of The Year, he has also overseen some of the largest product launches in this space as well as multiple company mergers. Chris’ leadership ability and style has garnered the attention of some of the top sales reps in the industry and allowed him to grow a powerful team. Chris was promoted to Vice President of Sales at a large aesthetic manufacturer in 2021 before joining Reveal as the Chief Commercial Officer. In his role, Chris is responsible for new product innovation, sales leadership and overall organizational health.

Richard Brown

Managing Director UK & Ireland

Richard started out as an engineer, entering the Royal Air Force at the age of 17, serving his country around the world for 7 years. He then worked for Canon as a Photocopier Technician, before enter ing the commercial world of sales and have never looked back. Since then, he ha s worked for a number of companies in many sectors and have always performed at the highest level attending Presents Clubs, Magic 100 etc. Finally arriving in the medical device ma rketplace with Cynosure UK in 2013. Whilst working with Cynosure he built up an extensive network within the UK and a real understanding of the marketplace.

Leaving Cynosure in 2022, with a short spell at a company called Seriderm, he is now part of this incredible group of individuals here at Reveal Lasers, where we intend to change the world of aesthetics globally.

Over the years, Richard has had many interests including Racing MX for 4 years, then skydiving and base jumping for 10, along with mountain biking, mainly downhill. Fitness has always played a big part in his life, like football (soccer) in his and for the last 9 years it has been CrossFit. So, in his spare time, you will always find him in the gym trying to be the younger version of him self. Richard loves his family, with his two grown up children, one son and one daughter, along with two amazing granddaughters.

Gilead Grossman

CMO

For over 25 years, Gilead served in management positions in marketing and sales for world-class cutting-edge technology companies in software development, hardware and infrastructure. He holds a BSe in Engineering and a BSc in Marketing from the Wharton School, University of Penn. Gilead currently heads the global marketing efforts, applying his skills in enabling Reveal Lasers’ technology and innovations to serve the global medical and aesthetic markets.
